Robert is a former cross-country skier and Sport and Exercise Psychology expert from an Estonian town, Tartu. His passion for sport and the psychological aspects of sport come from his father, who is a former Olympian and internationally renowned Olympic Skeet Shooting coach. Robert's decision to focus his life on sport psychology happened during his studies in Fairbanks, Alaska, where he was a DI scholarship student-athlete in the men's skiing and cross-country running team. After graduating with a degree in Psychology from University of Alaska, Fairbanks and Tartu University, he continued to pursue the science of Sport Psychology in the University of Jyväskylä in Finland. After graduating with a Master's Degree in Sport and Exercise Psychology, he immediately pursued a degree in Sport Management and Health Promotion to further support his overall interest of a career in the field of sport. During his athletic career he achieved a National Championships title, participated at the World University Games in 2007 and received several honours as an All-American in the UAF skiing team. Currently, Robert is consulting athletes internationally in sports such as track and field, pistol, rifle and shotgun shooting, skiing and volleyball.
